By submitting the registration information, I expressly acknowledge and agree to the policies, terms, and conditions of our programs regarding children, parents, schools, the club, and the local venue. Furthermore, I grant explicit consent, either personally or on behalf of those I represent, for the use of photographs and videos taken during programs and special activities for promotional and advertising purposes, including the distribution of such content through platforms and materials related to our program. I also agree and declare that each participant in the Fencing Club will maintain an active membership with USA Fencing, and that each student enrolled in our educational programs has valid health insurance that provides coverage in case of any emergency.

Tacit Participation Clause and Final Payment Policy

“The active participation of the minor in any activity of the educational
program ‘PrezPower Fencing Club, and or ‘DG | La Isla de los Niños,’ organized at the school, club location, or other venue, constitutes tacit and informed acceptance of the program’s terms by the parent/legal guardian, even if a signed form has not been received. Voluntary attendance and participation imply consent for the educational, artistic, and sports experience offered.”

All payments are final and non-refundable.
Missed classes cannot be transferred or accumulated. Cancellation of services with 30 days’ notice.

It is mandatory for all students, both from the club and associated schools, to complete this form before participating in regular training or promotional visits, regardless of whether the payment is monthly or one-time

The club reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or adjust class, training, or activity times due to logistical, organizational, force majeure reasons, or causes beyond its control.
In the event of any changes, proper notice will be provided in advance through the official communication channels.
Such changes will not entitle participants to refunds or compensation, as long as the service is provided within the corresponding month.
